ABSCO DELIVERED offers you the ability to pick up your ABSCO Shed from one of our many retail partner stores across Australia FREE of shipping charges.

Home Delivery

When you place an order on ABSCO Delivered you can chose to pick up the shed from one of our retail partners Free of Charge or have the shed delivered to your home or business as long it is with 15km's of your nominated preferred ABSCO Dealer. Home Delivery charges apply as follows:
Sheds and Aviaries $50, Skillion Carports $150 Garages $250

Returns Policy

If you have received an incorrect or defective item, please advise us immediately. If there are parts missing we will supply these free of charge within 7 working days. If it is an incorrect or defective item these may be returned and you will receive a full refund, providing we are advised within 7 days from receipt of the goods. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If it is not an Absco error, and you still wish to return the product, there will be a 25% Restocking fee plus a Return Freight Cost. We suggest that the product be advertised on E-Bay or similar and you sell it privately.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
